Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. If suspicious transaction activity is detected on an account, Winbuzzz may place a temporary hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Funds will only be returned to the account from which the deposit was made. Payments or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Every bonus has a set expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is listed with incorrect odds, Winbuzzz reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds may change during live betting due to delays in internet connectivity.
• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a parlay or single bet depends on multiple outcomes, payouts will be withheld until all relevant outcomes have been settled correctly.

If Winbuzzz detects unusual betting patterns on any match, the bets in question may be placed under investigation. Any bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be declared void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winbuzzz platform. Violating these restrictions will result in permanent account closure and may lead to forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Creating multiple accounts artificially to claim bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting knowledge of an event's outcome to gain an unfair advantage in live betting.

• Complex cases may take up to 5 business days to investigate.
• In the event of a dispute over betting outcomes, Winbuzzz's decision shall be final.
• Both parties will attempt to resolve financial disputes through mutual discussion.
